Cohort info

What is the Cohort Model?

The Cohort Model allows us to work closely with a small group of agencies at a time AND develops a community of practice for agencies to share and learn from each other.  Each year we onboard one or two Cohorts of up to 8 agencies per Cohort.

Agencies engaged in the Cohort Model receive training, technical assistance, and evaluation support to promote the use of positive behavior support across the agency and promote integration of priorities using a multi-tiered framework for decision making.

How To Get Involved?

Cohort opportunities open once or twice a year. Once Cohort openings are announced, these are the steps to get involved:

  • Attend an informational webinar.  Webinars will be announced through the DDA Connection and on the event page of this website.

  • Determine your agency readiness and leadership commitment for the Cohort process and organization-wide positive behavior support.

  • Complete the Cohort application!

Let us know you're interested so we can notify you the moment applications open. We are committed to your privacy and will only send you information about this specific cohort.
